JOB SUMMARY
This role requires a results driven Head of Sales to lead business development, deliver ambitious revenue targets, and drive growth. The position oversees a small sales and events team, working in close collaboration with marketing, finance, and operations, while representing the business at high profile events including the Monaco and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Proven experience in premium hospitality sales, ideally within Formula 1, along with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and identify new opportunities to diversify and expand the business.
