The Head of Sales Finland, Mid-Market & Large Enterprises is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth in the Finnish market. You will lead a high-performing sales team, define market strategies and build strong relationships with C-level executives. Your mission is to position SD Worx as the go-to partner for payroll and HCM SaaS products and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) delivering measurable business impact and fostering long-term partnerships. This role combines strategic vision, operational excellence and hands-on leadership to accelerate SD Worx’s success in Finland. Your Responsibilities Market Strategy: Define and execute a sales strategy for the Finnish MM&LE segment aligned with SD Worx’s growth objectives. Team Leadership: Lead, coach and inspire your sales team to achieve ambitious targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Performance Management: Monitor KPI’s, provide feedback and identify training needs to continuously improve team performance. Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage sales pipelines, deliver accurate forecasts, and report performance to senior leadership. Value-Based Selling: Elevate client relationships from transactional to strategic partnerships, demonstrating clear ROI and business impact. Negotiation & Closing: Lead high-value negotiations and secure long-term contracts that drive sustainable growth. Opportunity Development: Identify new opportunities to expand our footprint in this market and contribute to client success strategies. Your Profile Experience: 10+ years in leadership successful sales team in MPS/BPO and/or HR and Payroll SaaS solutions. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Finnish market and its HR and Payroll challenges. Sales Expertise: Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and consistently achieving revenue goals. Leadership: Ability to inspire, mentor and develop a high-performing team. Communication: Excellent Finnish and English skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and build trust. Drive: Results-oriented, resilient and passionate about helping MM/LE thrive through innovative HR solutions. Language: Fluent in Finnish and English Languages (written and spoken) Education: BBA/BSc or MBA/MSc.
