About the role Job Summary The role is responsible for leading the sales function within a region or business unit, developing strategies to meet revenue targets, and managing sales teams to ensure high performance. This role collaborates with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and customer engagement. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals. Lead and manage regional or business unit sales teams. Build and maintain relationships with key clients. Monitor sales performance and implement improvements. Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches. Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Drive sales training and talent development. Qualifications Typically a University degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience. Proven experience in sales leadership. Strong strategic thinking and execution skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools. Ability to lead and inspire teams.
