Sizanid Staffing is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales department. This leadership role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth across diverse markets and client segments. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on multi-site, enterprise and strategic partnerships to meet and exceed revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a geographically dispersed sales team with clear accountability for performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction Manage high-performing sales team to drive performance and growth. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Field leadership to ensure seamless execution of national programs Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships. Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to optimize sales processes. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Prepare and establish KPIs, pipeline, sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management to ensure sustained growth and profitability Present Sizanid Staffing at Key Customer meeting, industry events and executive- level presentations Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 10+ years of sales experience with at least 6 years in a leadership role. Ability to travel Globally up to 70% Proven sucess leading a global key account programs exceeding $100M in annual revenue Ability to priotize and manage multiple projects in a fast -paced. deadline-driven environment Ability to function as a positive agent of change and creating a positive, engaging work environment Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools. Must be able to work closely with leaders across all department Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them successfully. Experience in staffing, recruitment, or related industries is a plus.
