With a global footprint and a strong presence across multiple continents, we are now expanding our reach in the MENA region and looking for an experienced sales leader to drive our growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business; MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in solar PV in the MENA region.
  • Strong network within the renewable energy sector – EPCs, IPPs, government agencies, consultants, etc.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive and price-sensitive solar market.
  • Familiarity with regional tender processes, trade regulations, and import duties.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for solar PV modules and solutions in the MENA region.
  • Lead and manage direct sales and channel sales teams across countries such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Oman, Jordan, and others.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with IPPs, developers, EPC players, utilities, and government entities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to increase market share.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Vikram Solar at industry forums, exhibitions, and client engagements across the region.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide timely forecasts, sales performance reports, and business intelligence to top management.
