Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our Taiwan Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving local sales targets and project qualification goals through effective collaboration with key customers and stakeholders. Your Role Business targets: Lead the Taiwan Sales team to achieve local sales targets and project qualification objectives by closely collaborating with key customers. Strategic Communication: Communicate with global and local stakeholders to establish a clear strategy for Taiwan, addressing both short-term and mid/long-term goals. Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance high-level relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, potential partners, and industry associations. Strategic Initiative Execution: Drive all local BU strategic activities, including customer initiatives and BU transformation projects. Internal Collaboration: Ensure effective collaboration among Marketing & Sales, R&D, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), and other supporting functions, both locally and globally. General Administration: Manage general administrative matters in Taiwan, serving as the BU representative. Team Development and Engagement: Foster people development and enhance team engagement within the Taiwan team. Who You Are Background in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. MBA will be a plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Optronics industry. Proven leadership experience of 3 years or more. Strong commercial capabilities, including negotiation skills, stakeholder management, market trend analysis, sensitivity, and strategic vision. Proficiency in English.
