Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales with a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the tech industry, ideally with expertise in AI-driven solutions. This strategic leadership role involves spearheading sales efforts across Southeast Asia, India, and other global markets, including the US, EU, and MENA regions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in tech sales, with a strong preference for candidates with an Tech & AI-related sales background.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to large enterprises, telecom companies, and banks.
  • Experience working in diverse markets, including the US, EU, and MENA regions.
  • Strong network and understanding of business dynamics in Southeast Asia and India.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting large enterprises, telecommunications companies, and banks in the target regions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise and institutional clients.
  • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets while expanding market share.
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities in AI solutions for targeted industries.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market demands.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and report on performance metrics to the executive team.
