• The Head of TEAMS is accountable for designing and delivering the sales strategy for the Test Evaluation Assurance Measurement Solutions business. Designed for a 5-year business cycle, the strategy establishes, the goals in relation to the RSAUS business visions and mission, the necessary actions, investments, resources, reforms and projected Order Intake (OI) . It is envisaged the strategy will meet or exceed the growth targets for the business through the enhancement of RSAUS market position and value offering to its current and ‘new’ customer base. The business is constituted by the following application segments; ADT: Aerospace Defence Technologies WIC: Wireless Information Communications (TELECO) ICR: Industrial Components Research MI: Check Point Security / Airport Scanners The Head of TEAMS is also the primary conduit to ensure and maintain co-ordination, collaboration and communications with the Integrated Systems & Solutions business unit, which focuses on delivery of major projects strategy, i.e. capturing major project business.
