Job Title: Head of Sales
Location: Stockport, UK
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for an experienced to join our amazing team at ECTA Training. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation making a difference within the community.
Our Head of Sales will use their commercial expertise, playing a central role in shaping and executing GTM and customer acquisition strategies. The key focus will be on driving revenue growth, securing new customers and increasing brand awareness. The successful individual will be responsible for their own performance and expected to directly hold their own business development targets, with the capacity to begin building a team within 3-6 months. The role holder will attend Senior Leadership meetings as required and will report monthly to the Directors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow apprenticeship placements and commercial training revenue in plumbing, gas, heating, renewables and electrical sectors.
  • Identify and engage with employers, ranging from SMEs to large contractors, to understand their workforce needs and promote the benefits of apprenticeships and training solutions tailored to each employer.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and financial reports to make data-driven decisions and enhance performance, developing GTM strategies that align sales, marketing, and business objectives, with a keen eye on financial targets and market trends.
  • Collaborate with curriculum and delivery teams to ensure smooth learner placement and employer satisfaction.
