For this position, we anticipate the starting salary falling between $180,000 and $225,000 per year. In addition, the company makes a 10% contribution to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan and a 4% matching contribution to the 401(k).    What You’ll Do:   Strategic Sales Leadership * Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and finance teams to translate strategic insights into actionable plans that drive growth and profitability across all product categories. * Drive cross‑functional alignment on go‑to‑market strategy, execution, and customer engagement. * Manage sales budgeting, resource planning, and investment priorities to support long‑term profitable growth. Operational Excellence * Develop sales targets and incentive programs that align with company strategies, motivate high performance, reinforce desired behaviors, and drive predictable revenue outcomes. * Oversee all sales enablement functions—including CRM governance, sales process optimization, training programs, performance reporting, and selling tool adoption—to ensure the sales organization operates with consistency, efficiency, and high productivity. Data‑Driven Strategy * Leverage data and analytics to measure sales performance, monitor revenue trends, drive margin health and customer profitability, identify growth opportunities, and shape strategies that improve forecasting accuracy, ensure pipeline health, deliver ROI on product investments and ensure decisions are grounded in clear, data‑driven financial insights. * Analyze financial performance and leading indicators for customer segments and product lines providing recommendations to optimize pricing, margins, and promotional effectiveness.
