ABOUT THE ROLE

Your mission as a Vita Mojo Head of Sales is to spearhead our commercial efforts, fortifying our market-leading position in the UK market. As a pivotal player in our growth story, you will champion and refine our sales strategies and execution.
Your role will be instrumental in fostering a high-performing sales team, guiding them through dynamic market landscapes in line with our company strategy.
In this critical position reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will not only be driving revenue but also shaping the trajectory of Vita Mojo’s success as we continue to scale in the UK market across new and existing clients.

  • Develop and execute a value-centric sales strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales tactics and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets
  • Develop and execute an integrated sales approach across commercial (sales) and technical (pre-sales) workstreams
  • Continuously refine and optimise sales approaches to adapt to the dynamic market conditions
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and pre-sales team to effectively operate in varied market segments (current team size of 6)
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives and individual/team performance
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to continually improve sales effectiveness
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adjust sales strategies
  • Collaborate with other revenue leaders, including revenue delivery, retention and partnerships, to jointly deliver company-level Net New Business targets
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to enhance overall business cohesion and achieve broader company goals
  • Uphold and promote the core culture and values of Vita Mojo within the sales tea
