QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
  • Strong technical understanding of trailer products, including chassis, body materials, and lightweight technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK trailer manufacturing market, including key players, customer needs, and trends.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally.

KEY SKILLS

  • Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM & ERP systems and marketing/sales analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving sustained business growth.
