Summary: The Head of Sales (Wholesale USA) serves as a senior business leader responsible for driving national sales performance, leading a large-scale sales organization, and shaping the overall commercial strategy for dual brands. This role oversees business planning, revenue growth, and operational execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the national sales strategy across the wholesale channel for Signia and Widex brands, with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and forecasting. Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that identify strategic opportunities, prioritize investments, and drive sustainable growth. Provide leadership and direction to a large, geographically dispersed sales organization, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners to expand market presence and capture new business opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with broader organizational priorities and ensure effective execution of commercial programs. Establish scalable performance frameworks, including metrics, targets, and incentive structures, to optimize sales effectiveness. Monitor market dynamics and competitive trends to identify opportunities for market share expansion and continuous improvement. Develop and sustain a high-performance sales culture that builds belief, maximizes opportunity, and drives consistent commitment to achieving and exceeding revenue goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Significant experience in sales leadership, including managing large teams and national-level operations. Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and executing strategic sales initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive, collaborative relationships across a matrixed, cross-functional organization to drive alignment, accountability, and successful execution of business objectives.
