REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in real estate development (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
· In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape.
· Ability to build long-term client relationships and high-value partnerships.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales division. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of sales leadership experience, with a minimum of 3 years in real estate development. This is a senior role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team to deliver outstanding results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and market expansion.
· Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.
· Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.
· Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
· Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales campaigns with business objectives.
· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and UAE real estate laws.
