In KONE IT Technology and Services team we are opening an exciting opportunity for senior leader to join driving and renewing KONE’s strategic core ERP as part of KONE’s renewed strategy sustainable success with customers.
We’re looking for a

PLATFORM VALUE PROPOSITION, FINANCE, AND TEAM MANAGEMENT:

• Nurturing the high performing platform technology and service team, foster the next level of leaders.
• Ensure the SAP platform creates value for all the IT products utilizing/built on the platforms and modules. Always strive for future looking improvement in order to support the IT product development flow and velocity dependent on SAP platform and technologies.
• Accountable for SAP platform Opex budget planning & control of 15-17m€ annually, own the total cost of ownership (licensing & operations). Establishing platform objectives, requirements and continuously enhancing KONE business stakeholders experience while optimizing IT costs
• Accountable for SAP technology portfolio budget and project implementation with high quality and performance

REQUIREMENTS

• M.Sc degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Business or equivalent.
• SAP Technology enthusiast, with 10+ years experience in IT, and direct hands-on experience of leading SAP CoE, development, platform organizations and global scale new SAP deployments and transformations.
• Experience in leading SAP S/4 HANA strategy – concepting, technology & platform architecture, implementation with strong hands-on
• Strong experience in corporate operating model transformations and deploying change in a global context
• Strong execution capability to steer the crisis situation and stakeholder management, able to handle stress and speed
• Experience working with onshore, nearshore and offshore model.
• Track record experience of building high performance global teams with DEI, know how to hold them accountable for results and ensure outcome deliveries with value focus
• Excellent capability to influence and lead within a matrix (IT/Business)
• Excellent capability to network and develop sustainable relationships with key senior business stakeholders

• Single point of contact for SAP technologies and operations for KONE stakeholders, supported by your platform team, both in business as usual operations and the developments and programs.
• Accountable for KONE – SAP partnership, strengthening collaboration between two organizations by leveraging on networks of partners and market industry expertise to anticipate business needs, identify emerging trends and develop solutions that extend competitive advantage
• Accountable for outsourcing partner performance management.
