Job Description Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow market share across key segments. Team Coordination: Supervise and guide the Sales team, support performance management, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts. Ensure exceptional service and client satisfaction. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Actively participate in sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings. Sales Reporting: Prepare sales activity reports, revenue forecasts, and market analysis for management review. Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Market Research: Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Adjust sales tactics and packages to maintain competitiveness. Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to optimize promotions, pricing, and campaigns. Representation: Represent the property at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance visibility and secure new business. Client Communication: Ensure timely and professional follow-up with clients. Handle negotiations, proposals, and contracts effectively. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal standards in all sales activities. Qualifications Sustainability: Commit to and maintain sustainable practices by enhancing resource efficiency, minimizing waste, and promoting eco-friendly, social, and ethical initiatives. Align with the hotel's broader ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) objectives to drive positive impact across all pillars of sustainability. Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices. Continuously review and update operational processes to ensure alignment with evolving legal and regulatory requirements. Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments. SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM and sales management tools is a plus. • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. • Target-driven with a focus on delivering results. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
