Are you a passionate and inspiring Sciences teacher ready to lead a dynamic department?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sciences to join our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing Science department including Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Sciences
  • Inspiring and motivating students to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Promoting a love of literature, language, and creative writing

Essential requirements:

  • PGCE or Qualified teacher status in one or more
  • Proven leadership experience in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to high standards

Desirable qualities:

  • Experience in curriculum development and assessment
  • Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
  • A track record of successful examination results
