Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Contribute to the strategic leadership of the school as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, directly reporting to the Principal.
• Upholding the vision & mission of the school and supporting the Principal to take the school to the next level.
• To hold responsibility and accountability for day-to-day operations and all academic affairs of the Secondary wing.
• Excellent understanding of CBSE curriculum & board examination assessment standards.
• Contributing to the school improvement plans, and self-evaluation of the teaching and learning within the school.
• Supervise the instructional programs of the school, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes regularly.
• Able to demonstrate a comprehensive and confident knowledge of best practice pedagogy.
• Supervise fairly and consistently effective discipline and attendance systems with high standards, consistent with the philosophy, values, and mission of the school adhering to chilld safe guarding policy.
• Display the highest ethical and professional behavioral standards when working with students, parents and all stakeholders.
• Foster a learning environment leading to continuous improvement in academic excellence and holistic education.
• Develop innovative, engaging, and challenging learning designs that actively boost the competency and capabilities of the leadership team.
