Head of Secondary School AY2026-2027 Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Secondary School to lead and inspire our secondary education division for the academic year 2026-2027. This role will be central to driving academic excellence, fostering a positive school culture, and managing all secondary school operations in alignment with our mission and values. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership for the Secondary School, ensuring the implementation of effective teaching and learning practices. Lead, mentor, and develop secondary staff to optimize student achievement and professional growth. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute school-wide initiatives and policies. Manage curriculum development and assessment processes, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. Promote student wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusion throughout the secondary school. Oversee admissions, budgeting, and resource allocation for the secondary division. Engage with parents, community stakeholders, and external partners to foster positive relationships and support for the school. Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred. At least 5 years of teaching experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within secondary education. Proven experience in curriculum planning, staff management, and school operations. Knowledge of local and international educational standards and accreditation processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
