Role Purpose: Lead all IT-related aspects within the Physical Security Department and oversee the implementation of advanced security technologies. This role ensures seamless integration of technology into security operations, manages technical projects, and supports strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities IT Operations Management Own all IT functions within the Physical Security Department. Manage and supervise the Security IT manager and the SOC IT lead, who are responsible for infrastructure and support. Technology Strategy & Implementation Identify, evaluate, and recommend advanced security technologies to enhance physical security capabilities. Oversee procurement, deployment, and integration of complex technology solutions. Project Oversight & PMO Support Act as a mini-PMO for technology-related projects within the department. Provide visibility on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to the Head of Physical Security. Support tactical project managers by tracking progress and resolving technical dependencies. Vendor & Budget Management Serve as the primary liaison with technology vendors and service providers. Manage technology-related budgets, procurement processes, and contract negotiations. Ensure compliance with SLAs and monitor vendor performance. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in IT operations and technology management. Strong understanding of physical security systems and integration. Project management skills with the ability to track and report on multiple initiatives. Excellent vendor management and negotiation capabilities. Familiarity with budgeting and procurement processes.
