This role is at the very heart of our work, identifying and leading on developing, with others, strategic partnerships with a focus on anti-racist systems change and leading and embedding internal cultural change through managing a high performing team which coproduces solutions with stakeholders across the organisation and with children of African, Asian and Caribbean heritage.
