You are a motivated and entrepreneurial leader who thrives in an evolving, cross-functional environment. You bring a structured and reflective approach to leadership, with a commitment to quality and safety. Your ability to inspire teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver business results makes you well-suited for this role.

You also have:

  • Solid P&L handling experience in the energy or electrical sector
  • Demonstrated background in team leadership across diverse environments
  • Solid project management and business case development skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with SAP, CRM, or project management tools
