Head of IT Service Delivery & Operational AssuranceRemote (UK) with occasional UK & EU Travel£100,000 - £130,000 + Bonus & Benefits

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on supplier governance, service assurance and operational performance across a multi-supplier technology environment.

You'll be responsible for ensuring suppliers deliver against their commitments, driving service improvements, managing operational risk and helping shape a mature governance-led operating model.

• What you'll be doing >Leading governance across strategic IT suppliers and outsourced partners.
• Holding suppliers accountable for service performance, SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Owning cross-functional service assurance, operational resilience and major incident governance.
• Driving improvements across Incident, Problem, Change and Service Management processes.
• Supporting the evolution of the retained IT operating model.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to improve service quality, accountability and customer outcomes.

• What we're looking for >Experience leading IT Service Management, Service Delivery, SIAM or IT Operations functions.
• Strong supplier management and vendor governance experience.
• Background working within outsourced or multi-supplier environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management best practice.
• Experience driving operational improvement, governance and service transformation.
• Ability to challenge suppliers constructively and influence senior stakeholders.
