This is an exciting time for Shared Services as we mobilise to deliver on the government’s strategy for departments to group together in ‘clusters’ to drive efficiencies, increase buying power and improve and transform the quality of shared service to our end users – our people.
This role will lead the Shared Services Management Team as the intelligent customer, working with functional leads to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided by UKSBS. The role will also be key in ensuring the future service delivered through the clustering programme (Matrix) meets the needs of our users whilst continuing to improve services in the here and now.
