About you:

The successful candidate will have:

• At least 5 years’ experience working within integrated Mental Health Services.
• At least 3 years’ experience supervising and managing social workers and AMHPs.
• Proven experience in leading and delivering successful change management.
• Experience in strategic planning and service development.
• Thorough understanding of the needs of people with mental health issues and their families.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, associated regulation, and guidance.
• Knowledge of processes for involving users and carers.
• Awareness of good practice in focusing on high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.
