QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven leadership experience in customer service or technical service environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Higher education in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in cross-border reporting and international collaboration is beneficial

Responsibilities
  • Full accountability for service department turnover, budget, P&L, and KPIs
  • Develop and execute Finland’s local service strategy in alignment with global objectives
  • Strengthening our service contract business with a strong commercial focus
  • Lead, inspire, and grow the service team and partner network
  • Ensure compliance with Miele’s international service standards and drive best practice adoption
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales department to deliver integrated customer solutions
  • Manage a field-based team with effective remote leadership maintaining high engagement and level of support
  • Work collaboratively with fellow Miele leaders to manage the Finnish subsidiary and work environment.
