Job Description We are looking for a strategic and influential leader to drive programme development across the Rotork Service organisation. In this key role, you will enhance our existing service portfolio while building the processes and infrastructure needed to introduce new, high‑value service offerings. You will oversee a broad range of global programmes, ensuring each delivers strong performance and supports the long‑term growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead the Service Programme team to deliver high‑performance outcomes across multiple global programmes. Oversee and develop key initiatives including Reliability Services, Connected Services (iAM), Global Spares Strategy, Service Academy, Service Excellence, and DRIVE readiness. Support the creation and execution of multi‑year business strategies aligned with organisational goals. Benchmark existing workflows to identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement. Lead the documentation and standardisation of existing processes and best practices. Collaborate with functional leaders to develop, track, and report on key performance measures. Own the development and ongoing refinement of KPIs and associated reporting frameworks. Partner with senior leadership to shape and implement new service offerings, including defining processes, resource requirements, and cross‑functional alignment. Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and IT to ensure cohesive messaging, value communication, and delivery timelines. Ensure strong Service representation and integration across all New Product Development activities. Qualifications Degree level education or relevant experience, in a commercial, business or engineering discipline 5+ years management experience Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel and other analytical tools such as Power BI Strong presentation skills with confidence to present effectively at all levels Diverse experience in managing a high volume of projects and activities simultaneously Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects/activities with varying priorities Able to undertake domestic and international travel as required to work with partners, customers and other departments throughout the business Additional Information Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow of liquids, gases, and powders across many industries worldwide.
