ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a strategic and people-first finance leader to join us as Head of Shared Services Finance – a critical role supporting the financial backbone of a national retail group. This is your opportunity to lead a high-performing team across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Transactional Banking, while driving innovation, efficiency, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

As Head of Shared Services, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable – ensuring the smooth flow of payments, collections, and cash.
  • Credit Management & Risk – setting smart credit strategies that protect our business and support our customers.
  • Transactional Banking– keeping the books clean and the relationships strong.
  • Outsourced Service Management – ensuring our external partners deliver to high standards and stay aligned with our business goals.
  • Process Improvement & Governance – bringing a sharp eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.
