REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in provider partnerships, site network development, or clinical site strategy at a multi-site health organization
  • Proven track record engaging and qualifying physician-led healthcare organizations
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and influence clinical decision-makers
  • Ability to operate independently and persistently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Structured approach to lead generation, qualification, and partner handoff
  • Comfort engaging providers and explaining site-level clinical research dynamics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with GI-specific provider groups

Responsibilities
  • Codify qualification criteria and site targeting strategy to scale a repeatable approach
  • Source and qualify high-potential GI sites and PIs to join our growing clinical research network, including MSOs, ASCs, and independent practices
  • Conduct discovery conversations with PIs and site leads to assess alignment with IH’s clinical and operational model
  • Communicate IH’s value proposition, build business cases, and support contracting in partnership with Corporate Development, CPO, and other senior stakeholders
  • Track and manage top-of-funnel pipeline with urgency, persistence, and process rigor
  • Represent IH with professionalism, strategic depth, and fluency in provider and site conversations
