We are looking for an analyst to lead coverage for UK Small & Mid-Cap stocks, based in London. Candidates ideally have 5-10+ years’ experience in research related areas.

Are you gifted at assessing company strategies? Do you love giving advice, as well as researching? We’re looking for someone who can:

• Take ownership of the UK mid-cap franchise: screening for mid-cap opportunities, working closely with the wider SMID team and relevant sector teams and leveraging UBS’s capabilities to drive superior insights.
• Undertake company and industry-specific analyses in several sectors including a broad range of small and midcap sectors.
• Build & maintain financial models to generate projections for company financials.
• Conduct equity valuation analysis and translating analyses into actionable investment opinions.
• Communicate and deliver your thought leadership to our institutional clients as well as relevant internal stakeholders.
