Scope of the Role The Head of Social will be the strategic and operational lead responsible for transforming the brand’s social presence into its most powerful growth engine. This role blends creative vision with operational precision — overseeing social strategy, content systems, and a growing team across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You’ll own the roadmap for how organic content drives community, engagement, and revenue, ensuring that the brand remains culturally relevant and performance-driven. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute an always-on social content strategy that fuels both brand awareness and revenue growth. Define and track KPIs, translate insights into actionable creative learnings, and ensure measurable performance improvements. Design and manage an end-to-end workflow for ideation → briefing → production → feedback → posting. Lead and mentor an in-house team of creators, editors, and social sellers, fostering collaboration and creative excellence. Ensure the brand’s tone and storytelling remain authentic, relatable, and human across all platforms. Stay ahead of platform trends and cultural moments, producing timely and relevant content that engages audiences. Collaborate closely with brand, creative, and performance marketing teams to align strategies and amplify reach.
