Role Title: Head of Social, PR & Influencer Reports to: Group Commercial Director - Strategy Location: London What you’ll do: The Head of Social, PR and Influencer marketing will be responsible for building and driving the marketing and activation strategy via Social Media Channels, Influencer Amplification & PR. You will focus on driving brand awareness through maximising global reach and delivering strong EMV, growing our already loyal community whilst following the commercial key pillars helping to encourage purchase and supporting the sales and online teams. Build 360-degree marketing channel activations to support product launches, global campaigns in line with company focuses as well as an ‘always on’ strategy. Lead both the Social and Influencer & PR teams to deliver all activity in line with the marketing and commercial KPIs Constantly evaluate the social media platforms and the changes and how this affects the teams, adapting the strategy where needed frequently. Execute a social-first content strategy leveraging team content, UGC & creator partnerships jumping on trends where relevant. Work cross functionally with the commercial, sales and ecommerce teams to ensure the strategy is aligned and ensuring all teams have visibility across all relevant activity and reviewing results supporting also retailer need for their social media channels. Constantly analyse performance against industry and company benchmarks reporting back to the business regularly. Work with external agencies to deliver all paid activity across social channels, influencer and PR, managing spend and ensuring ROI Build and manage the budget across social, influencer &PR, rolling up in to the broader marketing budget and making sure all spend delivers a return on investment, and analysing ROI Maintain excellent Influencer and PR relationships, whilst also identifying gaps to cultivate relevant and effective brand ambassadors, and focusing on building a strong, loyal and engaged community. Oversee the outreach of influencers and PR lists for all markets negotiating the most cost-efficient terms with agents/talent Work globally with distributors to build the local strategy and ensuring they are in keeping with the social media playbook and strategy. Define social media KPIs and ensure team is set up accordingly to deliver to these metrics reviewing them frequently and adapting to the platform updates. Work in conjunction with the creative teams to ensure all assets are relevant for our social channels feeding back any insights or new formats. Be aware of key market trends and ensure the team utilise best practice techniques and technologies Ensure effective cross functional relationships Build and develop the team. What you’ll have: Demonstrable experience growing brands through social media marketing, influencer partnerships and PR Strong experience in a similar role within a fast passed industry Excellent understanding of how key KPIs drive each channel Analytical mindset Exceptional organisational skills Strong knowledge of the social and influencer landscape and a passion for keeping up to date with trends and being reactive. Experience in managing external agencies to deliver against commercial goals Excellent leadership skills and able to manage cross functional teams to perform to a high standard Strong relationship building skills and experience in collaborating closely with sales teams across retailers and DTC Strong role-modelling behaviour and cross-functional collaborative skills Ability to influence internally and externally to bring together effective campaigns and day to day activities A passion for social media, and
