ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As Head of Software Engineering, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of core technology solutions across the organization, ensuring they meet high-quality standards, align with customer expectations, and support business objectives. You will lead and mentor engineering teams, foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence, and clearly communicate progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders. The Head of Software Engineering plays a key role in strategic planning, setting technical direction, and driving execution to enhance service delivery and streamline operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to driving technology initiatives at Pest Share.
