It takes lots of data, extreme precision, and great design.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a decisive, energetic leader who thrives in a fast-growing, scale-up environment. Someone who:
You’ll lead a growing team of software engineers, ensuring they are motivated, supported, and set up for success. From shaping the product roadmap to making clear calls on priorities, you’ll guide the team toward higher speed and quality of delivery. Day to day, you’ll balance people leadership with product management: mentoring developers, recruiting new talent, and making sure our software aligns with the needs of patients, clinicians, and the business.
In your first six months, you’ll speed up development, help grow the team by hiring multiple new developers, and ensure decision-making is fast and effective. Within twelve months, your leadership will enable us to take on bigger ambitions: building custom software for the German market, creating smarter 3D scanning flows for lower limbs, and giving patients more control. From scheduling to feedback. You’ll be the go-to person for new projects, working hand in hand with Martijn (CTO), Daan (Head of R&D), and Pieter (Founder).
