Description

ResponsibilitiesLead and scale the Field Engineering organisation, managing and growing a team of engineers while remaining hands-on and setting clear technical standards and accountability
Own proof-of-concept execution end-to-end, working directly with customers and internal teams to drive successful technical outcomes
Enhance existing customer deployments through architectural design and feature-level improvements
Collaborate with DevOps, Delivery, and Sales Engineering on architecture discussions, deployment design, technical validation, and POC scoping
Deploy the platform across Kubernetes, Slurm, cloud, on-prem, and hybrid infrastructure in customer environments
Integrate the platform with customer codebases, infrastructure, and existing workflows
Serve as tier-3 escalation for post-sale technical engagements alongside Customer Success and Support
Build and maintain technical assets including reference architectures, implementation guides, and internal playbooks
Represent the voice of the customer internally to inform Product and R&D direction
