Work Mode: hybrid, Piaseczno Key Challenges & Responsibilities The Technical Authority: Serve as the primary technical face of IS-Wireless for strategic clients, taking over high-level technical engagements and C-suite negotiations Strategic Bridge: Align the product roadmap (CTO) with market demands and revenue targets (CRO), ensuring our solutions are both technically superior and commercially viable. Deal Orchestration: Lead the technical side of the full sales cycle for multi-million euro deals, from initial architecture discovery to final technical validation. Ecosystem Leadership: Represent IS-Wireless at top-tier industry events and standards bodies, positioning our Open RAN stack as the gold standard for resilient connectivity. RFP/RFQ Mastery: Own the technical bid strategy for complex tenders, especially in the defense and public sectors, ensuring our proposals are bulletproof. Skills & Experience (Must-Have) 10+ years in the Telecommunications industry with a profound understanding of 4G/5G, RAN, Core, and Cloud-native infrastructure. You should be able to challenge and convince Tier-1 technical architects. Proven track record in a Pre-sales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Sales leadership role where your technical input directly resulted in high-value contract wins. Practical knowledge of Open RAN architectures (O-DU, O-CU, RIC) and the ability to articulate the value of disaggregated networks over traditional vendor lock-in. Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining absolute credibility with engineers. Familiarity with the unique requirements of the defense sector or highly regulated industries is a major plus. Fluency in English: You will be operating on a global stage, leading negotiations with international partners and clients.
