Develop and implement a Sourcing strategy for network delivery and drive ongoing performance management and improvement. Ensure that the procurement strategy is aligned across business partners and through the Regional Sourcing Business Partners to ensure their support in participating in supply base efficiencies and improvements. Apply knowledge and expertise to allow early proactive engagement between the sourcing team and business units and functional stakeholders in strategy development, tender execution, contract negotiation and supplier performance evaluation. Develop cost saving opportunities via the identification, implementation and tracking process of the organization.
