Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for leading, developing and managing a team of service providers overseeing the day-to-day operations of all areas of the spa. Supporting an environment of collaboration and purpose to achieve common goals. Accountable for ensuring a profitable and efficient operation, continuous evaluation of the guest journey, with consistent improvement in line with industry trends and overall business priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, Manage and oversee the Spa team in establishing and executing departmental and overall business goals
  • Direct overall operations of the spa facilities, including short and long range planning so that the business operates cost effectively and efficiently
  • Monitor and analyse the products and services on offer, to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
  • Create and monitor quality of service throughout all Spa Departments ensuring service delivery and support processes are on track to deliver a high level of guest service in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
