Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as our Head of Sponsorships. The Wow As the Head of Sponsorships, you will assume a strategic leadership role, responsible for shaping and executing a global sponsorship strategy to enhance Betsson Group's brand visibility, maximize revenue, and reinforce our position in the dynamic gambling industry. The role will involve establishing partnerships, negotiating agreements, and overseeing the successful implementation of the local marketing activation that aligns with the group's targets. Key Responsibilities: Sponsorship strategy: - Own and the develop the global/regional sponsorship strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives, market trends, and compliance requirements. - Support the development of the local sponsorship strategies across all key markets. Negotiations and agreements of all Global/Regional Sponsorships: draft, review, and finalize sponsorship agreements that are financially viable and compliant with regulatory standards. Collaborate with local marketing team, procurement, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution. Budget owner, including allocation to activations and agency fees. Develop relationships and new business opportunities with third party agencies or other strategic partners to develop and maximize Sponsorship ROI. Sponsorship evaluation: establish KPIs together with agency to measure the impact of sponsorships on brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Provide regular reports on sponsorship performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement to senior management and the local marketing team. Lead and oversee the global sponsorship team including the execution of activations/content, rightsholder relations/new business, sponsorship evaluations and contractual support. Market insights: stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
