Descripción del empleo We are seeking a commercially driven executive to lead growth, customer engagement, loyalty strategy, brand transformation, and revenue acceleration initiatives across a leading hospitality organization operating in Latin America. This executive will play a critical role in driving profitable growth, strengthening customer loyalty, enhancing guest experience, and supporting the organization's long-term commercial objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, commercial leadership, customer-centric thinking, and the ability to translate marketing, loyalty, and brand initiatives into measurable business results. Requisitos Commercial Growth Strategy Develop and execute regional growth strategies across multiple markets. Identify new revenue opportunities and business expansion initiatives. Partner closely with commercial, sales, operations, and executive leadership teams. Drive profitable growth through customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization. Loyalty & Customer Engagement Lead the development and optimization of loyalty programs. Increase customer retention and engagement through data-driven initiatives. Enhance customer lifetime value through personalized experiences and loyalty strategies. Drive customer-centric decision making throughout the organization. Brand & Market Transformation Lead brand evolution and positioning initiatives. Strengthen market presence across LATAM. Develop strategies that improve brand equity and competitive differentiation. Ensure alignment between commercial objectives and brand strategy. Revenue & Business Performance Establish KPIs and performance metrics. Monitor commercial effectiveness and ROI. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics. Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Leadership Build and lead high-performing regional teams. Foster collaboration across functions and markets. Mentor and develop future leaders. Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred. 15+ years of progressive leadership experience. Proven success in hospitality, travel, tourism, loyalty, customer experience, or related industries. Strong background in commercial strategy, revenue growth, and business transformation. Experience leading multi-country or regional initiatives. Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English and Spanish.
