WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Reporting into the Service Director for Planning and Housing you will play a pivotal role in improving the safety and quality of our Council homes and ensuring that we meet the requirements of the Consumer Standards. You will need to be able to work independently, working with a wide range of internal and external partners to ensure change and improvement is delivered.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR;

We are looking for a person who is an experienced leader with a sound knowledge of social housing. You will need to understand national picture with an ability to communicate clearly how this applies locally and take advantage of all opportunities to drive improvement. You will be forward looking with the ability to build relationships with a clear ability to develop strategies to solve our housing issues. We require someone who is capable of working in a changing environment, has excellent communication skills, a willingness to work collaboratively with us to solve issues and able to work across large, multi-functioning organisations.
