Head of Strategic IT Programs & Digital Consultancy Shape strategic transformation and drive business value We are looking for an experienced Head of Strategic Program Planning Manager to lead strategic transformation programs, oversee M&A-related IT initiatives, and further develop our Digital Consultancy Center of Excellence. This is a senior leadership role with significant business impact, offering direct exposure to executive stakeholders and the opportunity to shape the company's IT and digital agenda. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic programs, ensuring successful planning, execution, governance, and benefits realization. Drive the IT workstream of M&A initiatives throughout the full lifecycle, including due diligence, integration planning, program setup, and execution. Establish and maintain effective program and change management governance frameworks. Lead the Digital Consultancy Center of Excellence, transforming digital ideas into business-ready concepts aligned with strategic priorities. Manage program resources, budgets, risks, performance monitoring, and executive reporting. Lead, develop, and coach a team of 8 professionals, fostering a high-performing and customer-focused culture. Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, HSE requirements, and ethical standards. What We're Looking For University degree in Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in program, portfolio, or transformation management. Proven track record in managing complex strategic initiatives and M&A-related IT programs. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities. Experience in budget management and governance frameworks. Fluent English. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and MS Project.
