Job Description Job Summary职位简述 Head of EM/MBL-CN: strategic marketing head at EM China, is responsible for EM China (low-voltage) strategy process, innovation management, new business development, marketing communication and M/A/P activities EM/OFE-CN: executive assistant of EM/RP-CN, is responsible for supporting EM/RP-CN on business operations, strategy deployment and meeting coordination. Roles and Responsibilities岗位职能职责 EM/MBL-CN Responsible for EM China (Low-Voltage) strategy process and strategy development: develop aligned shared beliefs, translate common beliefs into strategic derivations, define strategic actions. Leading partnership and M&A activities for EM China. Market Intelligence: monitor market trends and insights, identify market scenarios, define market segmentation and potential. Competitor analysis and benchmarking. Innovation management: define and prioritize innovation search fields, support innovation process, work out business fields analysis (BFAs). Portfolio analysis and product value proposition: conduct cross-BU portfolio evaluation, derive potential value proposition with RBU and PRM team, and steer portfolio-related initiatives. Support business planning (strategic planning, competitor overview and planning etc.). Communication: market and product communication, including external events (Auto show, Tech forums); EM CN (cross location level) internal communication for RP office. Support high voltage market intelligence if required. EM/OFE-CN Business operation and steering: support RP-CN on diversified business topics, in collaboration with global and local relevant functional leaders as well as cross business units. Support RP on strategy and target deployment as well as follow up of the execution. Meeting material preparation and coordination for RP office. Organizational topics including coordination of BV/Board/other executive management visits. Other topics assigned by RP. Remark: the above roles & responsibilities can be changed based on organizational and company needs and management decision. Qualifications Bachelor (or above) degree in engineering, marketing, business, science preferred; MBA preferred >8 years working experience, with >5 years working experience in marketing or business development. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and innovative Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken Good problem structuring and problem-solving competency Result oriented, take initiatives with a “can do” attitude Good leadership and people management skills, able to lead cross-functional team in strategic projects Strong stakeholder management skills incl. executive management reporting Skilled at working and leading in a multi-cultural, matrix organization Interface with business areas (Sales, engineering, BU etc.) Excellent English and Mandarin (spoken & written) Legal Entity: Bosch Automotive Products (Changsha) Co., Ltd.
