Are you an inspirational and dynamic marketing leader with a proven track record of driving strategic growth and market share? We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Strategic Head of Marketing. This is a pivotal role within a global business, offering significant influence and the opportunity to shape the future of key brands.
You will lead the development and execution of high-impact, evidence-based marketing strategies worldwide. Your primary focus will be strategic, expanding current marketing activities to drive market share gain, brand growth, and achieve the organisations long-term aspirations. You will play a key role in delivering on the business strategy and establishing strong product brand identities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead long-term Strategic Marketing Plans in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and commercial stakeholders.
  • Establish a new customer insight framework to drive new insight creation and leverage data for volume growth.
  • Lead brand development, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistent and differentiated market presence.
  • Oversee strategic campaign planning and integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
  • Drive targeted direct-to0-customer demand generation and a B2B Strategic Key Account marketing strategy.
  • Proactively manage potential product synergies and conflicts between key brands.
  • Manage a significant marketing budget across strategic priorities and ensure cost efficiency’s
  • Lead and develop a strong and engaged marketing team.
  • Be a vocal advocate for the business vision and strategy, instrumental in driving employee engagement and a strong employee value proposition.
