ACG_3105_JOB Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Job Description Lead market entry and commercial strategy for penetrating the FDI manufacturing sector (China, Korea, Japan) in Vietnam. Build and maintain C-level, Procurement Director, and Supply Chain Head relationships to drive high-value partnerships. Guide teams through procurement process navigation: vendor qualification, sourcing, and contracting with multinational FDI partners. Act as a cultural and business liaison, ensuring alignment between company goals and FDI partners’ business practices. Drive business development and commercial growth in corrugated packaging solutions through strategic partnerships and network leverage. Requirements Distinguished network of senior-level contacts in procurement, supply chain, or operations within Chinese, Korean, or Japanese FDI companies in Vietnam. Minimum 4 years’ leadership experience (Head of Procurement, Supply Chain Director, General Manager, or equivalent commercial/advisory role). Strong procurement & supply chain process expertise, especially in industrial sourcing and packaging solutions. Fluent English (mandatory); proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is a strong plus. Strategic acumen: ability to identify opportunities, influence decision-making, and deliver results at executive levels.
