In a world that’s ever-changing, we look to stay ahead and seek people who share our love of food and are hungry to shape the future.
Job Description:
We’re looking for a Market SRM Leader to drive the next wave of growth by putting Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) at the heart of how we do business. This is a high-profile role with real impact—you’ll use your analytical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership skills to shape strategy, influence decisions, and deliver results.
Leading a team of SRM specialists, you’ll design and roll out a 3-year SRM strategy for our local brands—embedding best-in-class tools, setting new standards, and ensuring ambitious market targets are achieved. Acting as the bridge between the EUAU SRM Director and local markets, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving consistency, improving processes, and elevating SRM capabilities across the region.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a strong commercial and analytical foundation. You’ll likely hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and bring at least 5 years of experience in strategic revenue management, pricing, or a similar role within FMCG.
As a people leader, you know how to inspire and develop high-performing teams, pairing your analytical strengths with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
You’re confident navigating pricing strategies, promotional mechanics, and assortment optimisation, and you use syndicated and bespoke research to shape smart decisions.
Collaboration is one of your greatest strengths—you communicate with impact, influence stakeholders at all levels, and work seamlessly across functions and markets. Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software is important, and experience with SRM platforms is a plus
In this role, you’ll shape and deliver a bold 3-year SRM strategy for our local brands—using insights and data to unlock opportunities across price, promotion, pack/price architecture, assortment, and channel mix.
You’ll inspire and lead a team of SRM specialists, building their skills and embedding best-in-class tools and ways of working. Together, you’ll create a culture of continuous improvement and real impact.
Collaboration is key. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Market Activation Teams to weave SRM into brand plans and customer strategies—helping teams put insights into action and driving adoption across the business.
You’ll own the delivery of market SRM targets, making sure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable. Your leadership will keep performance on track and decisions well-informed.
As the link between EUAU SRM and local markets, you’ll champion consistency, share best practices, and build strong relationships across teams and geographies. You’ll be a trusted voice in the SRM community, influencing stakeholders and shaping thinking.
And beyond the here and now, you’ll play a part in shaping the future—contributing to the long-term SRM roadmap for the EUAU region alongside the SRM Director.
