We’ve an exciting opportunity for a Head of Strategic Risk and Resilience to join our AXA Health Risk team. Reporting to our Director of Risk, Governance, and conduct for AXA Health, you’ll be responsible for driving the Risk and Resilience agenda in our Health business, with a very clear understanding of those factors that drive the Health risk profile.
As a senior member of the 1st Line Health Risk team, you’ll play a key role in driving a customer-centric culture throughout AXA UK Health, deepening the capability of the Health business to understand and manage the risks associated, whilst maintaining a strong and pervasive focus on customer outcomes. You’ll hold a leading role in assuring operational resilience in an organisation undergoing transformation and change. You’ll provide leadership and line management to multiple Risk Managers and Analysts, with a key focus on professional development and fostering high standards of professionalism and expertise throughout the team.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our offices, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations in Tunbridge Wells, Bristol or Leeds or travelling for the purposes of work.
