Job Description    * Lead Pricing Strategy and Governance by designing and maintaining pricing structures across all Digital Financial Services products. * Develop pricing models that balance customer growth, revenue optimization, competitive positioning, and regulatory compliance. * Own business planning and P&L management, including forecasting, scenario modeling, and strategic resource allocation. * Build and manage detailed P&L projections, sensitivity analyses, and financial models to support executive decision-making. * Establish and oversee commercial analytics and performance dashboards to ensure real-time visibility into business health. * Deliver deep insights on customer acquisition, activation, retention, churn, and lifecycle behavior to guide growth strategies. * Conduct impact analysis on campaigns, cashback, incentives, gamification, and pricing changes to enable smarter commercial decisions. * Lead forecasting and market intelligence across MFS, banking, telco, and fintech ecosystems for volume, revenue, and user growth. * Identify and recommend new commercial opportunities by analyzing emerging trends, competitive movements, and unmet customer needs. * Demonstrate strong leadership and ownership, collaborating cross-functionally with a high level of agility, problem-solving ability, and executive-level communication skills. Academic Qualification * Bachelor’s in Business/Finance from a reputed university Job Experience Required * 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, finance, business planning, consultancy, and process documentation across fintech and telecom. Required Capabilities * Strong background in Financial Reporting and Business Finance, with proven expertise in performance analysis and decision support. * Experience in telecom/Financial sector finance and fintech, enabling deep understanding of large-scale digital and financial operations. * Demonstrated success in breaking market monopolies and delivering outsized market-share growth. * Deep expertise in digital wallet strategy, financial inclusion models, pricing/commercial architecture, and scalable operating models. * Hands-on leadership of P&L management, revenue forecasting, and scenario planning. * Strong track record working directly with C-suite/Board to set and execute corporate strategy. * Strong capability to work with cross-function teams and lead by example. > > Banglalink Digital Communications is one of Bangladesh’s leading telecom and > digital service providers, committed to transforming the way people connect, > communicate, and innovate.
