We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Student Administration team as the Head of Student Records and Data Management. This pivotal post will lead the delivery of high-quality student records and curriculum data management, ensuring compliance with complex regulatory frameworks and driving continuous service enhancement.
You will play a key part in shaping the future of student administration, working closely with senior colleagues to deliver user-focused, integrated services that support the University’s strategic aims.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential;

  • Educated to degree level, or commensurate work experience

Desirable;

  • Evidence of ongoing professional development, or postgraduate qualification

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic development and operational delivery of student records and curriculum data services.
  • Ensure compliance with external frameworks (e.g. Office for Students, UKVI) and internal policies.
  • Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data within the Student Record System (SRS).
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet service priorities.
  • Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on student records and data compliance.
  • Represent Student Administration on cross-institutional projects and initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and wellbeing.
