Your tasks

• Professional and disciplinary management of the Supplier Quality Management department.
• Ensuring supplier quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Selection, evaluation and approval of suppliers in conjunction with purchasing.
• Further development of suppliers based on supplier evaluation and close cooperation with interfaces in purchasing, development and production.
• Planning and conducting supplier audits.
• Control of initial sampling and sustainable assurance of supplier quality.
• Coordination and escalation of supplier complaints as well as consistent implementation of corrective measures.
• Further development of processes, methods and tools in Supplier Quality Management.

Your profile

• Completed technical studies (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering) or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Supplier Quality Management or in a comparable management role.
• Solid knowledge in supplier development, auditing and complaint management.
• Confident handling of quality methods (e.g. structured problem solving, 8D, FMEA) and ISO 9001.
• Experience in using SAP QM as an ERP and CAQ system.
• Strong leadership skills, assertiveness, and a structured work style.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips.
